With the Service Plus Plan you get no less than 7 years of extra service on new seating furniture. Consider help with stains and an additional manufacturer's warranty. Service Plus Plan | certificate

 If you choose the Service Plus Plan, you will receive a personal service certificate. This certificate gives you access to extensive service for 7 years. The certificate states, among other things, for which items you have taken out this service. You will also find your personal login code for the customer portal on the certificate.

Stains | good maintenance is necessary

Accidents can happen anywhere and no material is 100% stain resistant. Fortunately, most stains will be removed with the right advice and the right Puratex® cleaner. That is why the Service Plus Plan for dust is linked to Puratex® maintenance products. With the Purtex® maintenance set you ensure that your furniture receives the best care they deserve. 

With the 1st aid catalog and the stain table you can respond appropriately immediately after contamination has occurred. This prevents a stain from forming. Can't quite figure it out? Then you will be professionally helped by the professionals from POS® and LCK®. If necessary, they will even come to your home*!

Service | on location 

The experienced POS® specialist will come to your home, without call-out or part costs, and will do everything he can to resolve your complaint professionally and free of charge*:

  • In case of stains in the upholstery 
  • Reinforcing/filling loose cushions and fixed seats if they have collapsed excessively. 
  • Tensioning of the upholstery fabric in case of excessive folding (if possible). Wrinkling is often a normal feature and can never be completely ruled out. 
  • Removing pilling (once during the warranty period, after receipt of the pilling device) 
  • Securing loose springs, spring slats and/or spring clips 
  • Making operating mechanisms (e.g. adjustable armchairs or sofas) standard. 
  • Tightening webbing straps or installing new ones. 
  • Securing and repairing stitching seams, loosened knots and connections 
  • Resolving cracking noises 
  • Burn holes up to 1.5 cm 
  • Repairing surface damage using Smart Repair (scratches, abrasions and holes up to 1.5 cm)

Maintenance | LCK® products

New furniture remains in top condition with LCK® maintenance products. Provide regular maintenance as advised by LCK Nederland. This can be done with the maintenance set that you received from the store. You can also buy the same set new in the store.
